If you’re pressed for time like most of us, you need a workout that counts. At Edge Fitness Pro’s, we have designed some unique and modern training sessions that will ramp up your routine and take you back to your sports days. Our new adult fitness classes will help you get the results you want all while having fun!


This class is designed for individuals to get into top shape by training throughout the year to maximize results. Participants in this program will increase total body strength and endurance, lose weight, improve flexibility, build mental toughness, and boost confidence. This class consists of a comprehensive warm up followed by metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn, including power, strength, cardio, speed, agility, flexibility and core training.


Whether you’re training to play tennis, racquetball, golf, softball, even to run an upcoming race; or simply just want to lose weight and increase your strength and endurance, this is the class for you.


Do you have to be in tip top shape to participate? Not at all! However, you will be in the best shape of your life if you stick with the program!


Small Groups
The best thing about this class is the small member to coach ratio, 8:1. While the coach instructs the class, they will also guide each person individually, allowing them to still focus on proper form and technique. Essentially, you get the same attention as you would in a personal training session, but with great perks such as training with friends and meeting new people!
